Better Choices, Better Health® – Diabetes

Living with diabetes can present many challenges, such as knowing how and when to eat, living your life so you can avoid complications, and getting the support you want from family and friends. The Better Choices, Better Health® – Diabetes Workshop can help you manage these concerns.  The Workshop is free and open to those living with Type 2 Diabetes ages 18 and older and/or their caregivers.
Workshops are led by two trained facilitators.
Learn why many graduates describe the program’s benefits with the motto:  “Put Life Back In Your Life!”
